We’re proud and grateful to present the 2024 Annual Report of Future Leaders Initiative Sierra Leone (FLI-SL) — a powerful reflection of our work, our challenges, and the lives we’ve touched.

From remote classrooms to community centers, we’ve stood beside children and families to uphold dignity, protect rights, and create safer spaces where every child has a chance to thrive. Through our flagship programs like No Hit Zone, Pens Up, Canes Down, Children-2-Children (C2C), and Parents-2-Parents (P2P), we’ve sparked change rooted in love, courage, and community-led action.

But our journey hasn’t been easy. With limited financial support, we’ve had to stretch big dreams on small budgets. Yet thanks to the unwavering belief of supporters like Lucien and a few other generous partners, we continue to move forward—one step, one child, one voice at a time.
